Notarial Services

All notarial services are subject to proper identification, the signer's willingness and awareness, document completeness, and all applicable Georgia laws. We reserve the right to decline any notarial act that does not meet legal requirements or that we cannot lawfully perform.

Appointments and Requests

Submitting a request through this website does not confirm an appointment or a final price. Appointments are confirmed directly with you. Applicable notarial, travel, convenience, printing, parking, courier, witness, after-hours, and facilitation charges are disclosed before service.

Fees

The Georgia notarial act fee is charged as permitted by state law and disclosed before the act is performed. Mobile travel and convenience charges are separate from the state notarial fee. Quoted prices are starting prices and may change based on the specific appointment.

Cancellations and Travel

If a signer is unavailable, lacks acceptable identification, or a document is incomplete, a travel or trip charge may still apply. Cancellation terms are confirmed when your appointment is scheduled.

Apostille and Loan Signings

Apostille issuance and acceptance are determined by the appropriate government authority; processing time and final approval cannot be guaranteed. Real-estate loan signings in Georgia are completed only through an appropriate attorney-supervised process where legally permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service at issue. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legal sufficiency of documents prepared by you or others.
